Elcho Project

in 2018, DJ Mason Building Services embarked on one of the biggest projects to date, completely transforming a two story, dilapidated heritage terrace into two modern, fresh and stylist units. 

The entire house was taken back to frames, the lay out was reworked and we have worked with our trusted trades to re build this home from scratch to make it a functional and modern home for some lucky tenants which in keeps with the Hamilton aesthetic heritage look of the neighbourhood. 

The clients worked within a struct budget and chose moderately priced fixings, kitchens and bathroom accessories to ensure the budget was never blown but the over all look was not compromised.
